With three young adults of my own, I understand how the emotionally charged, life-changing decisions about college, major and career can stress a family out! At these times, being honest and clear are more important than ever.

I started Laura Rupp Consulting to facilitate these crucial times of evaluation and decision-making. For more than a decade I’ve met with hundreds of students and grads seeking career advice. Using an accurate personality assessment and a careful, listening ear I provide a resource for productive, focused decision-making that helps young adults move forward with confidence. I truly enjoy helping people discover opportunities for success and satisfaction in their future.
